Amazing Rapid PCR testing experience. When our previous test results didn’t come in within the 72 hour period for Canada. We went here for a rapid PCR. Even with the surge in people over the holidays, the staff here were polite, kind and efficient! We got our results in under 2 hours and we were able to cross the border. So thankful for the team at Brighton Eggert Pharmacy! Highly recommend!

With the drive thru testing setup they have in place it has literally been a God send! We’ve had to get the kids tested numerous times this year for school. It’s hassle free, in and out with no issues and they’re friendly, quick and efficient! I was so tired of dealing with the corporate pharmacies in the city! These people are kind and compassionate, soon as we moved back to Kenmore I remembered the one place that had one of the last pay phones that your parents could call you back on as a teenager! It was all for a reason! Lol..Great Job!

Best pharmacy in Buffalo. I would never go elsewhere. The pharmacists know all their customers by name. The staff are excellent. The gift shop is bonus, as well as all shots, vaccines, and a compounding pharmacy. Put the big chains to shame, it’s not only supporting local, they are far superior.

I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy. They are the friendliest, most personable, helpful, knowledgeable, quick and efficient pharmacy I've ever been a customer with. Places like Walgreens, CVS, etc can't hold a candle to Brighton-Eggert. If you're considering switching to them from a different pharmacy you'll be more than pleased. Thank you to everyone there :-)

The RX is very knowledgeable, professional & detail oriented! Always a pleasure to work with! I only go there for “special compound” medications, so it’s not a weekly visit for me. None the less, I have been using them for 18yrs now, and even though it’s quite a drive from the south towns, it’s definitely worth it! I know my medications will be ready when they say and more importantly, ACCURATE! Taking that stress away is great, since everyone has enough stress in their lives already! The gift shop is also a really awesome place to look around, especially for a unique item for that “special person” that either “has it all” or even if you just really want to make sure you are getting them something special. Guaranteed they will have it there! Even at 21yrs old I would spend an hour (easy) looking around in there! And let’s face it, at 21 you can barely hold still for an hour! 😆 Such a fun place! Parking can be tough, but just give it a minute and something will open up.

Amazing pharmacy. The pharmacist and techs are compassionate and caring. When I was having difficulty with my medications, they were SO patient and kind. They didn't treat me like I was a lunatic. They treated me with dignity, respect and calmly. Thank you to each and every person I spoke to yesterday! You're my pharmacy forever. I’m so happy that my doctor recommended you guys.
